A new branded UK boutique hotel investment opportunity

The group are seeking to raise equity capital via normal equity or security tokens for a new UK boutique hotel brand.  Hotels will be acquired in rural Wales, Scotland and in the Yorkshire Dales to provide experience rich holidays.  A keen focus on making the properties environmentally friendly and to support the local communities where the properties are located.  

The plan is to build a portfolio of UK boutique hotels and holiday homes for weekly self-catering groups.  HYGGE is seeking private equity investors who share their vision of building lasting holiday memories in the rural delights of the UK. 

At the current time we are taking inbound investor interest in order to then proceed with a conduct a crowdfunding equity / security token raise through a regulated party.
